Peanut butter snowballs

Ingredients/Components

• powdered sugar - 1 c
• creamy peanut butter - 1/2 c
• butter or oleo, softened - 3 Tbsp
• white confectioners coating or white chocolate - 1 lb

How to make peanut butter snowballs:

In bowl, combine first 3 ingredients. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet. Chill for 30 minutes or until firm. Meanwhile, melt white coating in double boiler or microwave-safe bowl. Dip balls and place on waxed paper to harden. Yield: 2 dozen.
