  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 2 Tbsp
  • soda - 1/4 tsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • powdered sugar
  • plain flour - 3 c
  • peanut butter
  • white sugar - 2 c
  • creamy peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • Add eggs, one at a time

How to make peanut butter pound cake:

Mix together margarine, sugars and peanut butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and soda. Add to mixture; beat well. Add milk and vanilla. Bake in tube pan at 350° for 1 hour. Cool. Frost with Peanut Butter Frosting.Peanut Butter Frosting:1/4 stick margarine1 egg2 1/2 Tbsp. peanut butter1 1/2 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. evaporated milk1 tsp. vanilla Place the ingredients in a mixing bowl; beat until creamy. Put on cake. Enjoy.
