Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 4 c
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
  • large can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • jar peanut butter or 12 oz - 1 oz

How to make peanut butter fudge:

In heavy saucepan, combine sugar, milk and butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until soft ball is formed when tested in cold water. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and marshmallow. Stir until well combined. Pour into buttered pan. Cool and cut into blocks. Makes about 5 pounds.

Note: Always put your water for testing on counter when starting fudge. In winter, water from faucet will chill the candy before cooking time is complete.
