Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- flour
- coconut
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- nuts
- stick butter - 1 item
- box powdered sugar - 1 lb
- jar marshmallow cream - 1 item
- sticks melted butter - 2 item
How to make mud cake:
Cream 2 sticks melted butter, sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix well. Add flour, coconut and nuts. Pour into 9 x 13 greased and floured pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove from oven promptly. While hot, spread marshmallow cream on top of baked cake. Let cool before frosting.Frosting for Mud Cake is mixing powdered sugar, 1/2 cup cocoa, milk, 1 stick butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cream, then beat until smooth and creamy. Spread over cake.
