Ingredients/Components

  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 lb
  • chocolate chips - 1/4 1/3
  • peanut butter - 18 oz
  • marshmallow cream - 28 oz

How to make peanut butter fudge:

Add confectioners sugar to water and bring to a boil. Boil until clarifies (approximately 2 minutes) and remove from heat. Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir rapidly until uniform in color. Before mixing sets, pour into a 9-inch baking pan (greased) and agitate to distribute evenly. Add chocolate chips on top. Place in refrigerator until firm, approximately 2 hours. Cut into squares.
