Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 lb
- chocolate chips - 1/4 1/3
- peanut butter - 18 oz
- marshmallow cream - 28 oz
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Add confectioners sugar to water and bring to a boil. Boil until clarifies (approximately 2 minutes) and remove from heat. Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla extract. Stir rapidly until uniform in color. Before mixing sets, pour into a 9-inch baking pan (greased) and agitate to distribute evenly. Add chocolate chips on top.
