Peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- peanut butter - 1/4 c
How to make peanut butter fudge:
Stir the milk, sugar and salt until sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Cook slowly, without stirring, until mixture forms soft ball in cold water. Add the peanut butter and vanilla without stirring. Cool until lukewarm. Beat until thick. Pour into buttered pan. Cool. Cut into squares.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
