- sugar - 3 c
- peanut butter - 3 c
- dark Karo syrup
- cornflakes - 15 c
How to make peanut butter cornflake cookies:
Combine sugar and syrup in saucepan. Let mixture boil up once. Stir continually. Remove from heat and add peanut butter and cornflakes. Mix well, working quickly. Put mixture into greased 12 x 20 x 2 1/2-inch pan. Press down and cut into squares while warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Lunch/snacks.
