  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • white sugar - 1 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Cream shortening, sugars, vanilla, and eggs. Add peanut butter and then dry ingredients. Mix well. Make into balls and smash with fork. Bake at 350° for 8-10 minutes.
