Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- flaked coconut - 2 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- Eagle Brand milk - 1 item
- graham crackers, finely crushed - 2 c
How to make mound bars:
Mix first three ingredients and pat in 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Spread coconut evenly over top. Pour Eagle Brand milk over the coconut. Bake for 15 minutes. Add chocolate chips evenly over top and return to oven for 10-15 minutes. Cut into bars when cool.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Bar cookie.
