granulated sugar - 3/4 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 2 c
brown sugar - 1 c
eggs, beaten - 2 item
baking powder - 1 tsp
baking soda
shortening - 1 c
peanut butter I use chunky - 1 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Mix all ingredients in large bowl with spoon. Make into 1 inch balls. Press down with fork onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° about 12 minutes. Makes 7 dozen.
