Peach delight
Ingredients/Components
- can sliced peaches in light sauce - 1 oz
- container peach yogurt or 2/3 c - 1 oz
- yellow cake mix Betty Crocker moist - 1 pkg
How to make peach delight:
Heat oven to 350°. Generously grease and flour 2 round pans, 9 x 1 1/2-inches. Drain peaches, reserving sauce. Add enough water to reserved sauce to measure 1 1/2 cups. Prepare cake mix as directed on package, except substitute sauce mixture for the water. Pour batter into pans. Bake and cool as directed.Cut peaches into bite-size pieces. Mix yogurt and container of Cool Whip or real whipping cream; fold in peaches. Fill layers with half of the peach mixture. Spoon remaining peach mixture over top of cake. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
Note: You can also bake the cake in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan and put peach mixture on top of cooled cake.
