Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• brown sugar - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• plain flour - 3 c
• peanut butter - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• Crisco shortening - 1 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Blend well. Shape into balls 1 inch in diameter. Place 2 to 3 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Press flat with a fork. Bake at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes.
