sugar - 1/2 c
vanilla - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 1 c
brown sugar - 1/2 c
baking soda - 1/2 tsp
egg - 1 item
margarine - 1/2 c
peanut butter - 1/2 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Blend peanut butter, egg, vanilla and butter until mixture becomes light and fluffy. Sift together the flour and soda; blend into creamed mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and press with fork. Bake in a 350° oven for 10 to 15 minutes until light brown around edges. Makes about 3 dozen large cookies.
