Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 2 4
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- chocolate chips - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
- quick oats - 1 c
How to make peanut butter fingers:
Combine together the margarine, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. Blend in egg, 1/3 cup peanut butter, baking soda, salt, vanilla, flour and oats. Spread in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.Spread 1 cup chocolate chips on top. When they melt, spread them out. Combine the powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter and milk. Beat this and drizzle in lines on top.
