  • granulated sugar - 1/2 c
  • light corn syrup - 1/2 c
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • corn flakes

How to make peanut butter chews:

Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and mix thoroughly. Add corn flakes and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper. Cool. This may be spread into a 9 x 13-inch pan and cut into squares. Makes 3 dozen.
