Peanut brittle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- baking soda
- raw peanuts - 2 c
- white corn syrup - 1 c
How to make peanut brittle:
Boil sugar, water and corn syrup to 230°. Add peanuts and boil to 310°. Remove from heat and add butter or margarine and baking soda. Stir and pour immediately onto a buttered cookie sheet.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Candy.
