Peaches-n-cream pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine, softened - 3 Tbsp
- reserved peach juice - 3 Tbsp
- dry pudding not instant
- medium size can sliced peaches, well drained preserve juice - 1 item
How to make peaches-n-cream pie:
Grease bottom and sides of 9 or 10-inch pie pan. Combine the first 7 ingredients in bowl and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into pan. Place peaches over batter. Combine in bowl the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach juice. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Spoon to within 1-inch of edge of batter. Mix 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cream cheese filling. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
