Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 8 oz
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • butter - 3 Tbsp
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • can peaches, 2 Tbsp - 1 lb

How to make peaches and cream cheesecake:

Combine and beat 2 minutes flour, baking powder, salt, butter, egg, milk and pudding. Pour into 9-inch greased pie plate. Drain peaches, place fruit on batter. Beat for 2 minutes cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons reserved liquid. Spoon over fruit to within 1-inch edge of batter. Sprinkle on top the mixture of 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Filling will appear soft, but will set as it chills. Chill well.
