Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 item
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • pkg
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • margarine - 3 Tbsp
  • peach juice - 3 Tbsp
  • cans sliced peaches, drained and reserved - 2 oz

How to make peaches and cream:

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients up to and including the milk. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread into a 10-inch pie plate. Layer peaches on top. Combine the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Spread on top of peaches to within 1-inch around edge. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
