Peaches and cream
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 item
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- pkg
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 3 Tbsp
- peach juice - 3 Tbsp
- cans sliced peaches, drained and reserved - 2 oz
How to make peaches and cream:
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients up to and including the milk. Mix at medium speed for 2 minutes. Spread into a 10-inch pie plate. Layer peaches on top. Combine the cream cheese, sugar and peach juice and beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. Spread on top of peaches to within 1-inch around edge. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
