- packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
- butter, softened - 1 c
- can sliced peaches, well drained - 1 oz
- all-purpose flour
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
- sugar
- large eggs - 3 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 11/2 tsp
How to make peach upside-down cake:
In small saucepan, combine brown sugar and 4 tablespoons butter; melt, stirring to combine. Spread on bottom of cake pan, 9 inches round by 3 inches deep. Arrange peaches over brown sugar in concentric circles.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Peaches.
