  • packed brown sugar - 3/4 c
  • butter, softened - 1 c
  • can sliced peaches, well drained - 1 oz
  • all-purpose flour
  • baking powder - 1 Tbsp
  • ground cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • sugar
  • large eggs - 3 item
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 11/2 tsp

How to make peach upside-down cake:

In small saucepan, combine brown sugar and 4 tablespoons butter; melt, stirring to combine. Spread on bottom of cake pan, 9 inches round by 3 inches deep. Arrange peaches over brown sugar in concentric circles.
