Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • cold water - 2 c
  • hot water
  • miniature marshmallows - 2 c
  • Dream Whip - 1 pkg
  • pineapple juice
  • sliced bananas - 3 item
  • peach gelatin - 2 or
  • large can pineapple, drained but save juice - 1 item

How to make peach salad:

Topping:1/2 c. pineapple juice1/2 c. sugar1 Tbsp. flour1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 pkg. Dream Whip Mix gelatin with pineapple and bananas. Cover with marshmallows and let stand until firm.

Topping: Mix and cook until thick. Add cream cheese. Let cool. Whip Dream Whip and fold with cream cheese mixture. Pour topping on top of gelatin mixture.
