Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- plus 3 Tbsp - 1 c
- peaches - 3 c
How to make peach pie:
Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish with oleo. Slice peaches. Add 3 tablespoons sugar (less if desired) to peaches. Spread in bottom of dish. Mix flour, 1 cup sugar and buttermilk until well blended; pour evenly over entire layer of peaches. Cut oleo into small pieces; place on top.
