Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • sticks cinnamon - 2 item
  • large can peach halves or slices - 1 item
  • or 6 cloves - 5 item
  • sprinkle of cinnamon optional - 1 item

How to make peach pickles:

Drain juice from peaches and place juice in saucepan. Add all other ingredients. Cook 5 minutes more. Remove from the heat and cool. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight before serving. Keep refrigerated. This recipe can be halved and is still tasty.
