Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- can frozen orange juice - 1 oz
- Sure-Jell - 1 pkg
- peaches, mashed 3 c - 2 lb
How to make peach jam:
Combine peaches, orange juice and Sure-Jell. Bring to boil. Add sugar. Boil 1 minute. Skim with metal spoon. Stir 7 minutes. Put into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin.Recipe categories: Fruit, Condiments, etc., Jams and preserves.
