Ingredients/Components
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- sticks oleo, melted - 2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- Pam cooking spray - 1 item
- Mix ingredients and press in bottom of prepared dish
- powdered sugar - 2-1/2 c
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- Fold in Cool Whip

- box peach Jell-O - 1 (3
- water - 1 c
How to make peach delight:
Spray bottom of 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish sprayed with Pam. Mix ingredients and press in bottom of prepared dish. Bake 20 minutes at 375° or until brown. Set aside to cool.Filling:8 oz. cream cheese2-1/2 c. powdered sugar8 oz. Cool Whip Cream powdered sugar and cream cheese. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cool crust.Topping:3 or 4 fresh peaches1 c. sugar4 Tbsp. self-rising flour1 (3 oz. box) peach Jell-O1 c. water In boiler mix topping ingredients. Boil until it thickens.
