  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • butter or margarine - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 3/4 c
  • cream - 1 item
  • sliced peaches - 3 c

How to make peach crisp:

Combine flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cut butter in until mixture is crumbly. Put peaches in shallow baking dish and sprinkle mixture over them. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°. Best when served warm with cream poured over the top.
