  • 3 oz - 2 pkg
  • almond extract - 1/2 tsp
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • can sliced peaches - 1 oz
  • carton Cool Whip, thawed - 1 oz

How to make peach bavarian:

Drain peaches, reserving 2/3 cup juice. Chop peaches into small pieces; set aside. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in reserved syrup. Chill until slightly thickened. Stir extract into Cool Whip. Gently fold in gelatin mixture. Fold in peaches. Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold. Chill overnight. Unmold. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
