Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- lemon juice - 6 Tbsp
- whipping cream, whipped - 1/2 c
- unflavored gelatin - 1 envelope
- peeled, sliced peaches, crushed
How to make peach bavarian:
In saucepan, combine gelatin, sugar and lemon juice. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and add crushed peaches. Chill until mixture mounds from spoon. Fold peach mixture into whipped cream. May add few drops food coloring (red and yellow) to tint peach color. Pour into 4-cup mold and chill until firm.
