Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- oregano
- stalks celery - 3 item
- medium green peppers - 2 item
- pepperoni - 1/2 lb
- hard salami - 1/4 lb
- cherry tomatoes - 1/2 lb
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- Provolone cheese - 1/2 lb
- small red onion - 1 item
- 3-colored squiggly pasta - 1 lb
- oil I like olive oil - 3/4 c
How to make pasta salad:
Dressing:1 Tbsp. oregano3/4 c. oil (I like olive oil)1/2 c. vinegar salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste Cook pasta. Cut cheese, pepperoni and salami into small cubes. Mix with 1/2 of dressing: cheese, salami, pepperoni, celery, pepper, onion and tomatoes. Add cooked, drained, cooled macaroni. Toss all with remaining dressing.
