Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped tomatoes
- green onions - 1/4 c
- green pepper - 1/4 c
- dill weed - 1 tsp
- rib celery, chopped - 1 item
- Italian dressing - 1/2 c
- diced cucumber - 2 c
- pasta any kind - 7 oz
- mustard horseradish - 1 tsp
- sliced pepperoni, cut in half - 1 c
How to make pasta salad:
Prepare pasta. Toss hot pasta with Italian dressing. Let stand. Prepare vegetables and pepperoni. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and dill weed. Set aside. Combine pasta and vegetables. Add salt and pepper. Add mayonnaise mixture. Gently toss. Add more mayonnaise if necessary. Refrigerate 4 hours before serving. Yields 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Salads, Pasta.
