Ingredients/Components
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 c
- cooked corkscrew macaroni
- reduced calorie creamy cucumber salad dressing - 1/3 c
- medium cucumber, quartered lengthwise and sliced - 1/2 item
How to make pasta salad:
In a colander, rinse cooked macaroni with cold water; drain well. In a large bowl, combine the pasta and salad dressing. Toss to coat. Add the cucumber, green pepper, onion and snipped parsley to the pasta mixture. Toss gently. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours. Before serving, stir in the cherry tomatoes. Makes 4 servings.Carbohydrates: 27 grams; sodium: 400 mg., potassium: 177 mg.; calories: 153; saturated fat: 0 grams; monounsaturated fat: 0 grams; polyunsaturated fat: 1 gram.
