Ingredients/Components
- heavy cream - 1 pt
- medium onion - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1/2 lb
- medium zucchini - 2 item
- to 2 cloves garlic - 1 item
- large carrots - 2 item
- medium yellow squash - 2 item
- penne pasta - 1 lb
How to make pasta primavera:
Cook pasta as directed on package. In large skillet, saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Cut all vegetables julienne style and add to pan. Stir-fry until tender. Add salt to taste and heavy cream.
