Pasta in a pot
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 12 oz
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese - 12 oz
- garlic - 1/4 tsp
- Provolone or Monterey Jack cheese - 1/2 lb
- spaghetti sauce 32 oz - 2 c
- pasta shells medium shell noodles - 2 c
- Ragu Chunky Garden - 1 item
How to make pasta in a pot:
Cook noodles; drain. Brown meat and drain. Add onion, garlic, spaghetti sauce and tomatoes. Simmer for 30 minutes. In a deep casserole dish, layer noodles, 1/2 meat sauce, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 sour cream. Repeat layers. Cover and bake at 350°Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
