Ingredients/Components
- salt
- water - 2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- ground beef - 2 lb
- minced parsley - 1 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 pkg
- cans tomato paste - 2 oz
- lasagna noodles - 1/2 pkg
- bay leaves - 2 item
- red pepper - 1 tsp
- garlic - 1 tsp
- box cottage cheese - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown meat in oil in large frying pan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add garlic, tomato paste, water, onion, bay leaves, parsley, salt and pepper; mix well and cover. Simmer 1 hour over low heat. Grease 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Cover bottom with 1/3 cooked noodles. Put on 1/3 cooked noodles, than 1/3 cooked sauce, then Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese. Repeat in layers until used up. Bake at 375°, until Parmesan cheese on top melts, for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Ground beef, Beef, Lasagna.
