Ingredients/Components

  • water - 1 bouillon
  • diced onion - 1 c
  • thinly sliced carrots - 1 c
  • olive oil - 2 tsp
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
  • fresh parsley - 2 tsp
  • fresh basil - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • light sour cream - 8 oz
  • fresh chopped broccoli - 2 c
  • cooked and drained pasta - 1/2 lb

How to make pasta broccoli:

In saucepan, saute vegetables in oil. Stir in chicken bouillon and bring just to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and spices. Serve over your favorite pasta with a fresh salad. Serves 4.
