Pasta broccoli
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 bouillon
- diced onion - 1 c
- thinly sliced carrots - 1 c
- olive oil - 2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
- fresh parsley - 2 tsp
- fresh basil - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- light sour cream - 8 oz
- fresh chopped broccoli - 2 c
- cooked and drained pasta - 1/2 lb
How to make pasta broccoli:
In saucepan, saute vegetables in oil. Stir in chicken bouillon and bring just to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and spices. Serve over your favorite pasta with a fresh salad. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Penne.
