Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- dash of salt - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- pimento, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- Cheddar sharp cheese - 2 c
How to make party cheese ball:
Combine softened cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, mixing well until blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix well. Chill. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped pecans.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Very low carbs.
