- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/3 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- grated Parmesan - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- milk, scalded - 1/4 c
- water, warm - 1/4 c
How to make parmesan cheese bread:
Soften yeast in warm water. Cool milk to room temperature. Meanwhile, sift flour, sugar and salt into mixing bowl. With pastry blender or fork cut in butter until it resembles coarse meal. Add egg, soften yeast and milk; beat well. Stir in the cheeseRecipe categories: Breads, Healthy, Yeast breads.
