Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth
- cayenne pepper - 1/4 tsp
- garlic cloves, crushed - 2 item
- sliced pepperoni - 1/2 c
- shrimp, cleaned - 1 lb
- can stewed tomatoes with liquid - 1 1/2
- Minute rice dry
- green peas with pearl onions, thawed - 1 pkg
How to make paella:
Saute shrimp and garlic in butter until shrimp are pink, about 2 minutes. Stir in cornstarch and cook 1 minute. Add broth, tomatoes, pepperoni, vegetables and cayenne pepper. Bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally. Stir in rice. Cover; remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.Recipe categories: Scallops, Mussels, Shellfish.
