Ingredients/Components
- medium onion - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 5 item
- olive oil - 1 c
- rice - 2 c
- can whole tomatoes - 1 item
- broth - 4 c
- pork ribs - 2 lb
- dry wine - 1 c
- chicken breasts no bones - 3 item
- shrimp seasoned with lemon
How to make paella valenciana:
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add rice and fry a few minutes. Add tomatoes, chicken, ribs, shrimp, broth and wine and let cook for 30 minutes or until rice opens. Decorate with peas and pimentos. Cook in shallow frying pan in the oven at 375°.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Shrimp.
