Oyster casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 tsp
- milk, scalded
- oysters - 1 pt
- crushed crackers - 2 c
How to make oyster casserole:
Put 1/2 oysters in bottom of casserole. Combine crackers, salt, pepper and butter; toss to mix. Sprinkle 1/2 of mixture over oysters, then another layer of oysters. Add Worcestershire to milk and pour over oysters. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes.
