- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- butter, melted - 3/4 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- minced fresh parsley - 1 c
- cracker crumbs - 2 c
- plus 2 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green onions with tops - 1 c
- containers oysters - 4 (12
How to make oyster casserole:
Drain oysters. Pat dry with paper towels. Arrange oysters in 12 x 8 x 2-inch glass baking dish. Top with layers of green onion, 1 cup parsley and cracker crumbs. Combine next 4 ingredients, mixing well. Pour evenly over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes. Yield: 12 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
