Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- egg - 1 item
- stick oleo, melted - 1/3 item
- potato flakes - 1/2 c
- yeast - 1/2 Tbsp
- lukewarm water - 1 c
How to make overnight buns:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add oleo, sugar, salt, beaten egg and potato flakes. Add flour. Mix at 4 p.m. in the afternoon. Knead down after it rises high at 9 p.m. Make in buns. Put into 9 x 13-inch pan. Let rise until morning. Put plastic bag over buns while rising. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Rolls/biscuits, Yeast breads.
