  • vegetable oil - 1/3 c
  • envelope Lipton onion soup mix - 1 item
  • potatoes, cut in large chunks - 2 lb

How to make oven roasted potatoes:

Preheat oven to 450°. In large plastic bag, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake. Empty into roasting pan and bake 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Bake until brown.
