Oven-fried potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 4 Tbsp
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- large unpeeled baking potatoes, each cut into 8 wedges - 8 item
How to make oven-fried potatoes:
Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated 375° oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Brush occasionally with mixture. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
