Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- tapioca - 4 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onion, cut up - 1 item
- carrots, cut up - 6 item
- can beef consomme - 1 item
- stalk celery, cut up - 1 item
- 303 can tomatoes
- beef cut for stew - 2 lb
- potatoes, cut in quarters - 6 item
How to make oven beef stew:
Put all ingredients into a heavy pan or casserole with tight cover. Bake in a 325° oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. (Do not peek!!)Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
