  • onion, cut up - 1 item
  • carrots, cut up - 6 item
  • can beef consomme - 1 item
  • stalk celery, cut up - 1 item
  • 303 can tomatoes
  • beef cut for stew - 2 lb
  • potatoes, cut in quarters - 6 item

How to make oven beef stew:

Put all ingredients into a heavy pan or casserole with tight cover. Bake in a 325° oven for 3 to 3 1/2 hours. (Do not peek!!)
