Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk
- stick margarine - 1 item
- 10x sugar - 1 c
- chocolate instant pudding
How to make oreo cookie cake:
Crush cookies in blender. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix in crushed cookies and press together for bottom layer. Place in refrigerator to cool.Mix together cream cheese, 10x sugar and 1/3 of the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled cookie crust. Place in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Mix pudding with milk and spread over cooled cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle the reserved 1/4 cup cookie crumbs over top. Refrigerate.
