- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 1 c
- margarine - 1/3 c
- eggs room temperature - 4 item
How to make oreo cheesecake:
Finely roll 30 cookies. Coarsely chop 20. Combine finely rolled cookie crumbs and margarine. Press on the bottom and 2-inches up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.Beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Blend in eggs, sour cream and vanilla; fold in chopped cookies. Spread onto crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool for 4 hours.
