  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • eggs room temperature - 4 item

How to make oreo cheesecake:

Finely roll 30 cookies. Coarsely chop 20. Combine finely rolled cookie crumbs and margarine. Press on the bottom and 2-inches up sides of a 9-inch spring-form pan.

Beat the cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Blend in eggs, sour cream and vanilla; fold in chopped cookies. Spread onto crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool for 4 hours.
