Orange pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• cornstarch - 5 Tbsp
• egg yolks - 3 item
• egg whites - 3 item
• orange juice - 2 c
• baked pie shell - 1 item

How to make orange pie:

Mix together sugar, cornstarch and salt. Add orange juice. Cook over medium heat until thick. Beat yolks with fork and add sugar. Add to orange mixture. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Pour into pie shell. Beat egg whites and sugar to make meringue. Top pie and brown.
