Onion soup
Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water
- margarine - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- slices French bread - 6 item
- size beef broth - 2 cans
- grated cheese Swiss, Mozzarella, etc - 1/2 c
How to make onion soup:
Saute onions 20 minutes. Stir in flour. Add broth and water gradually. Simmer 20 minutes. Toast bread. Put bread in baking dish. Ladle in soup. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 425° for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Soups & stews.
