Onion roasted potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- potatoes - 2 lb
- Lipton onion soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make onion roasted potatoes:
Cut potatoes in bite-size chunks. Mix all ingredients with potatoes in plastic bag and shake until all are coated. Pour into Pyrex dish and bake at 450° for 40 minutes or until tender. Stir occasionally. May garnish with parsley.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Vegetables.
